Back then and earlier

My search for self-realization began at the age of 8. My parents felt a lot of strength, will and enthusiasm. Inner research, love of nature and appreciation were cornerstones in my life and have remained so to this day.

I lived for 12 years with joy and enthusiasm as a biological-dynamic farmer and hermit in the Italian Alps at 1900m and there I manifested my own agricultural enterprise, so I was very close to Mother Earth.

For the following 12 years I lived and learned in Tuscany and Colorado and became a horse whisperer. I even imported the complete natural horse-human movement to Italy and started a loving revolution. I feel at home with horses, they taught me real natural leadership and reminded me of the natural values of creation.

More developed from this time: I met my husband Edwin and together we created our horse-human academy and method AsvaNara. This international project flourished and then crashed. An intense and happy time in which I learned to have the necessary bite, not only to survive a financial collapse and subsequent burn-out, but to emerge stronger and find the pearl of wisdom:

“There is nothing about me and in me to improve, I am already a holistic being.”

As an author, seminar leader and Journey Practitioner, I worked for 10 years and stood on stage for The Journey by Brandon Bays for 5 of them, in order to lead a movement in Italy once again - this time it was about healing and awakening.

I spent a lot of time in India and Bali during these blessed, blissful years and studied with enlightened masters.

In short: I awoke from my conditioned Sleeping Beauty slumber, during which I was still waiting for the rescuer from outside. I became really awake and healthy.

So at the age of 42, after a seemingly endless search, I found the reason why I came into the world. In the past, as a sensitive person, it was incredibly difficult for me to show myself, express myself verbally and speak for myself. But my strength never left me and I always faced my fears, taking risks.

95% was never enough for me, I always wanted to be 100% in harmony with my own truth.

This has led me to always want to learn from the best in the world. Here and Now - Mission & Vision

I live my dream, am guided from within, manifest effortlessly, and live with my family (I am a mother of 3 free children) and our free-living herd of horses in Tuscany.

My pioneering spirit, my sensitivity combined with down-to-earth strength, intuition, and clairvoyance are my greatest gifts. Today, I can share the powerful transformation with my students because I myself have gone through all the phases.

• I work with leaders who wholeheartedly and with full conviction want to make a positive change and are willing to invest in their growth and in themselves.
• I don't work with people who make excuses, blame others for their lives, or are not 100 percent reliable.
• I support people who live natural values not only as a concept, but who are ready to allow, strengthen, and manifest their true being, no matter what is happening outside. Together we create a new world. It's about no longer wasting energy fighting the old, but using it to create something new.

My mission has evolved into the Donna Divina movement, which connects women in their full greatness in freedom. The initiation to the Authentic Man really caught fire in 2024. It is now time to pass on the power of natural alchemical wisdom to men as well. I am convinced that the embodiment of one's own authenticity and masculinity depends on a deep connection to one's own inner self – a self that does not have to be forced or hidden, but can be understood and embraced.

The method

Over the years, I have developed a method that combines modern knowledge with alchemical and spiritual insights. My approach helps every man overcome invisible blockages that separate him from his full self-realization. This process takes place through the recognition of inner patterns and the alignment with the deepest truth that dwells within each of us.

The collaboration with Cino

The collaboration that I maintain with Cino within the framework of the Authentic Man program is unique. I bring the vision and the deep understanding of the development path of man, while Cino acts as the retreat leader on site. Together we form a dynamic team that knows how to lead individuals to their full potential. Our collaboration is based on deep mutual respect and a shared vision of how men can rediscover their masculinity authentically and consciously.
