Cino Colajanni, head of Authentic Man, lives in Italy and inspires men to live authentically. With a passion for spiritual growth and personal transformation, he helps others to reach their full potential. Motivated daily by the desire to lead men to a life with more meaning and truth, Cino focuses on the development of the true self.

Ariane Schürmann has been accompanying people on their path to their true greatness for decades. Her life is characterized by radical self-realization, deep connection with nature, and the courage to live her inner truth even through crises. As an intuitive alchemist and pioneer for natural leadership, she has developed a unique method that combines modern insights with spiritual wisdom.
She became known with the PferdeMensch Akademie she founded and later through the powerful Donna Divina movement, with which she inspires women throughout Europe. Today, she also brings this essence to her work with men - in collaboration with Cino, who leads the retreats. Together they create a space in which men can rediscover their authenticity, strength, and inner freedom.

Edwin gave life to the Authentic Man Retreat through his love for the unity between man and woman. After the program of this mirror retreat to the Donna Divina Initiation was created by his wife Ariane in a years-long collaboration with international transformation retreat leaders and Tantra masters who have dedicated their lives to the awakening of the primal masculine potential, he took over its embodiment and implementation.
